How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is the difference between Opto and Gold plastic?
Opto is a translucent, highly durable plastic designed to withstand extreme punishment, whereas Gold plastic offers similar durability with a solid color and a slightly improved grip.
Can I return a disc if I have already thrown it?
No, we only accept returns for items in brand new, unused condition with original packaging. Used discs are not eligible for refunds unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our disc golf products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a cancellation within one hour of purchase; however, once the order has reached the warehouse for fulfillment, we can no longer make changes.
