Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Pack your disc golf gear securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products remain in unused, 'field-ready' condition.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
